A. Account Security

•     Each user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials (email and password).

•     Account sharing is strictly prohibited with any other person; each account is designated for a single user only.

•    If unusual activity is detected on an account (multiple devices or geographic locations), the platform will issue a 48-hour warning notice to the registered email before any suspension. If no response is received within 48 hours, the platform reserves the right to temporarily suspend the account for verification or permanently deactivate it. Permanent deactivation due to account sharing will not be eligible for a refund.

•     Users are advised to change their password immediately if they suspect any account breach, and to notify the technical support team right away.

 

B. Intellectual Property Protection

•     All educational content (videos, PDF files, presentations, exercises, audio recordings) is protected intellectual property owned by the platform, safeguarded under local and international copyright laws.

•     It is strictly forbidden to: download the content, screen-record it, re-upload it to any other platform, or share it in any form whatsoever (free of charge or for a fee).

•     Any violation of this clause exposes the violator to legal accountability and immediate suspension of their account without the right to a refund of fees paid.

 

 

•     Payments are processed through secure, licensed payment gateways that support local and international payment methods for all target countries (bank transfer, credit/debit cards, e-wallets, depending on the country).

•     Upon successful confirmation of payment, access to the course is activated immediately and automatically through the user's account.

•     If a payment fails or is not completed, access to the course will not be activated until full receipt of the amount is confirmed.

•     Promotional and Early Bird prices: courses purchased during any promotional period (including Early Bird, launch discounts, or bundle offers) are not eligible for refunds unless explicitly stated otherwise at the point of purchase. This will be clearly disclosed on the checkout page before payment is completed.

•     For full-price purchases: users are entitled to request a full refund within 7 days of the purchase date, provided that the percentage of content viewed does not exceed 10% of the total course content.

•     After this period has passed, or if the allowed viewing percentage is exceeded, the course is considered non-refundable, due to its intangible digital nature which cannot be returned once accessed.

 

Steps to Request a Refund:

1.   Contact the support team via the official email or technical support form within 7 days of purchase.

2.   Provide the order/invoice number and the email address registered to the account.

3.   The team will review the percentage of content viewed; upon approval, the refund will be processed within 5 to 14 business days, depending on the payment service provider.

 

•     The refund policy does not cover: promotional offers, Early Bird prices, discounted bundles, or courses purchased as part of group packages, unless explicitly stated otherwise at the point of purchase.

 

 

•     Enrollment in any course grants full access for a period of 365 days (one full year), starting from the date the purchase is successfully completed.

•     Once this period ends, access to the content expires automatically, and it will no longer be possible to view videos or download attached files.

•     Technical interruptions: in the event of planned maintenance or technical downtime caused by the platform, the affected time will not be deducted from the user's 365-day access period. Unplanned outages of more than 24 consecutive hours will be compensated by an equivalent extension of access.

•     If a user wishes to renew access after expiration, they may do so through a discounted renewal package (if available), which will be announced separately on the course page.

•     Users are advised to complete the course and download certificates before the validity period ends.

 

 

•     Upon completing a course, users will receive a digital Certificate of Completion from the platform.

•     Certificates are available for download from the user's account dashboard upon reaching 100% course completion.

•     Certificates confirm completion of the course content only. They are not accredited by any external regulatory body unless explicitly stated on the course page.

•     Users must download their certificate before their 365-day access period expires. The platform is not responsible for certificate retrieval after access has lapsed.

•     Certificate design, content, and validity terms may be updated at the platform's discretion. Users will be notified of any material changes.

 

 

•     These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

•     Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall first be addressed through direct communication with the platform's support team.

•     If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be referred to the competent Egyptian courts in accordance with Egyptian law.

•     For users in GCC countries: by purchasing a course, you agree that Egyptian law governs this agreement and that any legal proceedings will take place in Egypt.

 

 

•     The platform reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Users will be notified of any material changes via the registered email address.

•     Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
