“I’m unapologetically bold. I’m a multimillionaire who built everything from scratch by working my ass off since 2005. I’ve done everything in parallel, and that has made how far I’ve reached in a short period unbelievable to many. Successful after hard failures, famous by accident, bachelor by choice.”

“I didn’t get here by luck. I don’t even believe in luck. I believe in working hard and smart until being ready to seize opportunities when they come. I also don’t believe that we’re not meant to reach our goals. We just need to stop complaining and start acting. I hope we all make it, and I’ll keep pushing you to do so.

Long Story, Not Short

The Beginning:

It’s 2005. I’m that ambitious yet confused, eager yet distracted fresh graduate from a small town in Egypt called Al-Mansoura. I had just graduated with a bachelor’s degree in law, and my path to get there wasn’t easy or paved. I loved studying law, but I wasn't too fond of the way it was taught. I struggled a lot with it. The traditional teaching methodologies just didn’t suit the way my mind works. Later on, I discovered I wasn’t alone. Many students felt the same and didn’t know what to do.

Like many fresh graduates, my first step was to apply for jobs. My first dream was to become a pilot. I got a hard no because, funny enough, at 193 cm, I didn’t fit into any plane. “Okay, one dream down, 99 to go,” I told myself as I moved on to the next one.

My parents, Nadia and Magdy, talked sense into me, urging me to take the normal route and apply to law corporations as a full-timer. I listened but added my own tweaks to the plan.

Yes, I stepped into the corporate world, but not as a lawyer. Back then, I believed I had one skill that could turn me into a billionaire, but I didn’t know what that skill was. I joined multinational companies in different roles until I figured it out: it was sales.

Within just two years, I went from junior to leading a team of over 1,000 members, generating a staggering sales ROI of more than 20 million Egyptian Pounds. It was unbelievable! I continued working in sales, but despite my success, I felt unfulfilled.

Corporate life didn’t feel like me. My dreams were wilder and bigger.

While my corporate career was going well, I was still bothered by the teaching methodologies I had experienced in college, so I decided to help struggling students who reminded me of my younger self. Alongside my corporate career, I started teaching law students how to become A-1 students on their own terms.

I taught my first group, and the results were beyond amazing! Students finally found someone who understood their struggles and could help them approach their studies in a way that worked for them.

The requests started pouring in, and more students kept coming

When I Thought I Had Made It, But I Hadn’t

It’s 2016 now, and the demand for my teaching classes was skyrocketing! I found myself deeply attached to teaching and started developing my own methodologies, not just to help my students survive college, but to give them the mindset they needed to succeed in the corporate world, drawing on what I learned during my corporate sales days.

I loved it, and they loved me. It started generating a stable income, but it also demanded more of my time and dedication. So, I took a calculated leap of faith: I quit my corporate job and shifted my focus to becoming a full-time freelance law teacher.

As I stepped into this new chapter, I decided to push myself further and live two parallel lives: teaching law full-time while continuing my own studies in law.

I was now fully booked with law classes, coaching students to achieve top grades in college and succeed in life, while continuing to grow and learn myself.

I earned a Master’s degree in International Business, Trade, and Commerce from the Faculty of Law at Ain Shams University and went on to attend the LLM program in International Business Law at Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law.

“It was during this time that Salah discovered his unique talent: the ability to unravel complex, controversial topics and present them in a simple, eye-opening way. In no time, Salah became Al-Mansoura’s top law instructor, known for his innovative approach. Driven by his growing success, he opened a teaching center that became a hub for aspiring leaders of the future.”

The Huge Success of CUC (Counselors Under Construction)

My law teaching center didn't distract the entrepreneur inside me! My mind couldn't stop thinking about ways to combine my experience and knowledge in law, sales, and teaching. The urge to launch my next business was stronger than ever. SSo, I founded the Advanced Consultation and Training Academy (ACTA), focusing on English teaching and soft skills for successful careers. Since then, I haven’t stopped founding businesses and applying my sales skills to every one of them.

The Rockstar

I was the rockstar of my town and the pride of my family. I was a successful young teacher, a businessman with two thriving training and teaching centers, and a lover with his lady by his side. Everything seemed perfect, yet it wasn’t.

I became overwhelmed, never knew when to stop, and worked 24/7. It was like driving on the highway at insane speed: thrilling, exhilarating, yet dangerous. And while I was enjoying the rush, I couldn’t resist pressing the accelerator instead of the brakes.

Stress, ambition, adrenaline, it all consumed me. I was going crazy, losing focus, and everything started to collapse around me. I felt caught in a whirlwind, spinning faster and faster until it all came crashing down. And that’s when I faced the hardest lesson of my life.

It’s 2018. I lost my business, Counselors Under Construction. Things didn’t work out with the love of my life, and we separated. I started becoming detached from my family and close circle. I lost everything. And then I was diagnosed with depression.

Could It Possibly Get Any Worse?

It’s 2019. I was barely surviving. I was in complete darkness. Things reached a point where they became much worse than I could ever have imagined.

Corona hit the world. Depression hit me.

Sometimes, depression and the pandemic got the best of me, and I disappeared for weeks. Other times, I fought back, going digital to teach my students for free through my YouTube channel. Back then, lockdowns were happening all over the world, and Al-Mansoura was no exception. At some point, the feedback from my online students was the only thing keeping me going.

By now, I had two master’s degrees, one thriving business, another that had ended for good, my experience in sales, my legacy in teaching, and my depression and broken self.

My therapist and close circle advised me to leave my small town and head to the land of opportunity, Cairo. It was time to become a sales trainer in Cairo while continuing to teach law in Al-Mansoura. And because I’ve always embraced parallel lives, I also became a keynote speaker at colleges across Egypt, building youth success mindsets.

By day, I was hustling, and by night, I was a depression patient who didn’t know if he’d make it to the next day.

Glimpse of Hope

It was late 2020. The pandemic was starting to fade, and I began learning tools to manage my depression. Things in Cairo were starting to flourish, and I needed a powerful marketing arm.

That was when I decided to open a new company, The Marketers Squad (TMS), with my business manager and partner, Fatma Hamed. We did it, and TMS became our first company outside Al-Mansoura.

With TMS, Fatma, the tools I was learning to manage my depression, and the growing responsibilities I had, I worked hard until my corporate sales training in Cairo started spreading rapidly. I was using my sales skills to land major clients for TMS. I was traveling back and forth to Al-Mansoura to manage my teaching classes and ACTA. I was working harder on myself, but this time, with awareness and a system.

That’s when the magic happened

Everything’s Making Sense Now!

It’s 2021 now. My word-of-mouth reputation as a corporate sales trainer started spreading, first beyond Cairo, then beyond Egypt. I went international! We received a request for a major event in Sudan, one of the countries closest to my heart.

And then came the hardest question ever: Was it time to let go of one of my parallel lives, the law instructor one? It was the start of a new semester, and I needed to decide. Would I go back to my hometown, or would I start my first tour in the Middle East? It was a decision that broke my heart, but it also taught me the power of letting go and how to see opportunity in the unknown.

However, I never completely let go of my teaching career. Instead, I blended my most successful teaching methodologies with my most effective training techniques and created my SA signature sales training methodology.

Fame, Lights, and Action!

It’s 2022. I kicked off my first official business tour, and I got addicted to it. I saw the potential, the demand, and the feedback, and I couldn’t help but scale it up! At first, it was just me and Fatma, then a small operations team, and eventually, we founded SBT in Dubai, UAE, making it the exclusive sales training and consultancy agency in the Middle East.

Every session I delivered was designed to challenge conventional thinking, spark critical discussions, and provide actionable solutions tailored to each client’s unique needs. From one-on-one executive consultations to leading workshops for sales teams at multinational corporations, my work on the ground has made a real impact. I helped CEOs refine their leadership approach, guided salesforces to break through their targets, and brought 20 years of experience to create tangible impact that lasts far beyond each session. I became the top on-demand sales trainer and C-suite consultant in the Middle East.

And while my reputation was growing across the region, I accidentally became famous online! Seif, one of our team members at TMS, attended one of my sales training sessions and said, “Salah, can I take videos of you while you train?” Back then, it wasn’t common for trainers in the Middle East to record their offline training sessions, so I carelessly said yes and forgot about it.

A few days later, I received a message from Seif:

“I’m captivated by your ability to simplify complex material, and I believe the rest of the world needs to see the magic you create inside the training room.”

Attached to his message was a file of very short videos, what we now know as social media reels. I posted my first reel, edited by Seif, and went to bed. When I woke up, I was greeted by endless notifications. Apparently, I was now famous on the internet too.

No flaws in the master plan:

Moving forward to 2025. Finally, I feel all of my parallel lives are coming together. They’re making sense now—Salah the salesperson, the teacher, the trainer, the advisor, the entrepreneur, the public speaker. I can finally bring it all together to define my new identity: the most in-demand sales consultant in the Middle East.
