Why hire an agency while I can build one?

Having a visionary mindset with entrepreneurial drive and critical thinking, Salah Abo El-Magd has been fond of starting a business for each need he encountered during his journey.
Being the insatiable learner he is, he has an unstoppable and relentless study addict in his DNA. He dives into everything and anything that triggers his curiosity and passion for knowing what lies beyond, which has shaped him into a client who is hard to satisfy—one who always sees room for improvement and envisions something “more” than what has been offered.
This entrepreneurial mindset—coupled with his love for taking calculated risks—led Salah to build businesses that filled the gaps he encountered in his journey. Every business he founded wasn’t just a solution—it was a reflection of his pursuit of "more" and his refusal to settle for “less”.

First Project: Advanced Consulting and Training Academy
ACTA
Spaces:
As Salah’s training and consulting business grew, so did the demand for his work across the Middle East. Unstoppable requests, quarters booked well in advance, a demanding schedule, frequent travel across 11+ countries each year became the norm. With demand continuing to grow, Salah recognized the need to build an operational arm that could support the scale of his work.
That led to ACTA.
Salah established ACTA as a consulting and training firm to support and scale his work. Established over five years ago, ACTA manages Salah’s corporate and public training and consulting engagements across the Middle East. In a remarkably short time, it grew into the region’s exclusive, all-inclusive sales training provider, delivering Salah Abo El-Magd’s methodology in multiple formats through a team of highly qualified co-trainers.

Project 2: TMS
TMS
Spaces:
In 2021, Salah Abo El-Magd relocated from his hometown, Al-Mansoura, to Cairo, the capital of Egypt. Cairo is where the opportunities are, where the wealth is, and where dreams come true. In no time, he successfully made the shift from teaching to corporate training and consulting, specializing in sales-related topics.
As his work expanded, Salah looked for marketing agents to manage the marketing side of his company in Al-Mansoura and build his personal brand, both online and offline, in Cairo. That’s when he struggled to find the service he was looking for. At the time, the marketing industry had a major gap: some agencies were strong at creating powerful strategies but fell short when it came to creative execution, while others excelled at creative execution but lacked strategic direction.
That’s when Salah had a new business idea: The Marketers Squad, bringing strategy and creative execution together in one marketing partner.
What started as a gap Salah experienced firsthand became another business built around solving a need he knew well
